In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of fi777's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity, subject to the same or equivalent data protection commitments as set out in this Policy. fi777 will notify affected players of any such transfer.

fi777 will respond to data subject rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt, as required by the Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 10173. Complex requests may be extended by a further thirty (30) days with written notice to you explaining the reason for the extension.
fi777 enforces mandatory KYC age verification on all accounts. This process requires submission of a government-issued ID establishing date of birth, supplemented by liveness verification. fi777's KYC procedures are designed to detect and prevent underage registration. If you have reason to believe a minor has registered or is using a fi777 account, please contact fi777's Data Protection Officer immediately.
The fi777 Platform may contain references to third-party payment services (such as GCash and Maya) whose privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies, which are independent of this Policy. fi777 is not responsible for the privacy practices, security standards, or data handling of third-party platforms.
